Comments:
 This kahili paa lima is made of long split black feathers with white feathers filling the core. Red and yellow brocaded fabric make up the papale (hat) and pau (skirt) of the kahili. The pau is loose from its original position. White ribbon is wrapped around handle. The handle, 62 cm long, is made of laminated sections of various woods with a carved walrus ivory tip.
