Comments:
 This kahili paa lima is made of long black feathers with white feathers filling the core. Red and yellow feathers make up the papale (hat) and pau (skirt) of the kahili. The handle, 45 cm long, is tipped with a piece of walrus ivory. The shaft is made of various sections of wood. The carved ivory piece at the base of the handle has its tip broken off.
