 Siapo elei done w/ handsewn upeti tusilii. Of Nuu white siapo, light colored barkcloth almost covered w/ brown lines; ornamented w/ black cloth trimmings; short sleeves; white buttons. Described as 'tapa waist.' Source unknown. Condition: fragile w/ barkcloth dust coming off when moved; cloth trim deteriorated.
