(Emerson) A rectangular hole, 0.1 cm, is located 1.7 cm from the butt-end. "Considerable care was given to finishing its surfaces and the achievement of symmetry. The weight and balance of this weapon do not permit its use for any fast series of continuous movements, though it is ideal for any 'one-shot' kind of tactic" (Draeger 1977: OP 4).
