Comments:
 Papale ie. This hat is made of pua ko, sugar cane tassel (Saccharum officinarum). The stem of the inflorescence was stripped, plaited into a long braid and sewn together to form the hat. A fancy scalloped edge was woven on one side of the braid to create the hat's design.
