Comments:
 Shovel shaped, red off border, white feather border (missing large section of feathers on top). Side 2 feather band detaching. Split reed? Pandanus, feathers. Style probabaly from Tokelau. Round blade made of cocnut leaf let midribs if reeds split and bound lotgether with pandanus strips in fine weave. Decorated with circular ring of fiber, green on one side, red on the opposite face. Handle covered with checker woven red and natural pandanus. Rim set with small where feathers stemmed. 3 of 5 fans. Collection was in possession of Mr. George Ely Lewis (donor's father) before 1/28/1926. From American Samoa.
