Presented to donor from matai Afioga Tauaefa, high chief of Alao, American Samoa (then residing in San Jose, CA), as reciprocal bestowal of honor. Presentation made before wedding of Anna Tauaefa to Siosi Faiaipau in San Jose. Island group aka American Samoa.
