Comments:
 Papale ie. This had is said to be made of lau niu, coconut (Cocos nucifera) leaves. They were stripped, woven into a braid and sewn together to form the hat. The strips are dark brown in color. The braid has an intricate design on one side. A hatband of seed pods and wood roses encircles the crown. The hat was made done in the "Boater Hat" style. A ribbon sweatband lines the interior of the crown.
