 Elliptical. Dark Brown (Irridescent) and white hackle feathers. Red year. Orange, teal, and blue coconut fibers. Coconut midribs are split. Collected I n1941-42 by commander Harry E. Stutter USCG Fna with woven handle, round fan with woven design. Staples attached by hou cordage. 1 of 2 fans.
