 Collected in 1942-1942 by Commander Harry E. Stutter, United States Coast guard. White and black feathers. Black, white, red, and green yarn. Coconut midribs are spilt. Paper was woven. Fan with woven handle and round blade, woven threads around circumference. White chicken feathers tied to outside border all around, alternate black feathers. 2 of 2 fans.
