Vouchers:
Rarotonga: one specimen, accidentally caught on a troll line 10 Sept 1990, studied at Conservation Service by Hugh Robertson with ID as an immature Royal Albatross, due to dark flecking on the back (=immature) and the black cutting edge of the upper bill (=Royal), it was NOT determined if it was the Northern race (sanfordi) or Southern race (epomophora).
