SiteType: Kamohio Koa. This large fishing shrine was discovered by Stokes, and excavated under his direction in 1913. A large amount of interesting material was recovered in this excavation. The shrine is located in a rock shelter just W of the head of Kamohio Bay on the S coast of Kahoolawe. EXCAVATION. ARTIFACTS.
