SiteType: Shelter. A bluff shelter on N side of the road about 0.3 miles W of Boy Scout Camp at Halena, 7 feet up the face of the bluff and 16 feet below the top. It is 75 x 12 feet and 6 feet high. A retaining wall had been constructed with rock and sandstone slabs along the edge of the ledge. Excavation to depths of 6-12 inches revealed no stratification. A varied assortment of artifacts was found, and much vegetable material. Latitude: 21-05-33 Longitude: 157-14-16
