SiteType: Midden site. Coastal midden site located almost in center of Mo'omomi Bay at the coast. Cliff drops off sharply to the N. Overall dimensions are c. 18 x 18m, while the N portion of the site is totally eroded to the geologic base material. A stone-lined hearth is exposed in this area. Medium density of scattered shellfish and basalt flakes, with some fishbone. The thickness of the cultural deposit is 20-50cm at an eroded face towards the S portion of the site. Site was undoubtedly much larger.
