SiteType: Halelaau Cave. A lava tube cave 4 x 8m, with a ceiling height of about 3m at the back. Access is through a 3m long tunnel of, according to the site description, corbelled arch construction. There are two stone walls associated with the site, one at the entrance and the other at the rear of the cave. An extensive midden deposit is present.
