SiteType: Koa of Kaulana, in La Perouse Arch. District. Sterling: "Could not definitely locate, but believe remnants were found, probably destroyed by tidal wave or heavy surf." (1960's). According to Walker, "...it stands in the cactus not more than 50 yards from the shore, a structure, 23 x 37 feet, built ,of blocks of basalt to a height of 9' at the front. Interior is all 1 level, strewn with coral and pebbles. Walls 3 feet thick partially enclose it. ALSO SEE B3-1.
