SiteType: Ualapue Fishpond, a loko kuapa (pond made by building a wall on a reef) of 22.25 acres originally; had only 15 acres clear in 1957. The 1575-foot wall had two makaha in it in 1962. Made of basalt with some coral fill, the wall was 4 feet high on pond side and 8-19 feet wide.
