SiteType: Nihoa Complex; an isolated complex of deteriorated terraces, cave shelters, and walls. On flat bluffs of Nihoa on W side of Kalaupapa Peninsula. Only access by coast. Site area is c. 800 x 300m. 1 large platform, 7 small platforms, wall, 2 possible cave shelters, 1 house lot and 4 raised platforms. Also, a GREAT QUANTITY of surface midden.
