SiteType: Shelter and burial cave. A large pahoehoe sink containing radiating tubes that were used for shelter and burials. One shelter has walls and platforms that extend from the natural overhang of the depression, the other a 6m-long wall of stacked pahoehoe blocks. Both interior spaces are scattered with midden. The burial cave leads to an enormous chanber that continues east and west for several hundred meters. The ceiling height is well over 10m. Twenty individuals were counted; there may be more in the side tubes.
